Please be advised that New Star Rentals & Equipment has been deemed to be an “essential workplace facility” by the Ontario government as of March 23 2020.  

Therefore we will continue to keep our business open for parts, sales, rental and service business for our customers.


We will continue with standard work hours of 7 am-5:30 pm daily.


We are working with Ontario Public Health and respecting all recommendations, we are taking the following precautions to protect our employees, customers and the general public:

  • We are attempting to maintain a high level of sanitization within each department. Disinfectant wipes and spray are used to clean desktops, phones, doorknobs and other commonly touched surfaces.

  • If you are showing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, have returned from international travel in the past 14 days, or have been exposed to someone who meets this criteria, we ask that you do not visit our locations.

  • Part pick-ups and drop-offs, machine pick-ups and service will continue – please call or email ahead to arrange for these. There will be limited access to the front area for parts pick-up.

  • We ask that everyone follows the recommended personal and hand hygiene guidelines and practices keeping a physical distance of 6ft from other individuals.
